Responsible for logistics of more than 100M toys and novelties annually from Asia and other vendors to each of 40,000 locations in the U.S. on a weekly basis. Responsible for negotiating all domestic freight and ocean freight agreements. Additional responsibilities included fleet management for 700+ vehicles, real estate management and international business development.

•Completely reorganized the company’s supply chain, moving logistics operations from Seattle to Shanghai, China and established network of DC's in the U.S. Established pick & pack operation in Shanghai, and direct ship to DC’s that resulted in 25% reduction of inventory and savings equal to more than $1.5M annually.

•Developed new manufacturing suppliers for the company’s machines in China. Manufacturing savings on the company’s equipment ranges from 30%-80% versus U.S.

•Led the supply chain development for three new brands, from concept/strategy to market in less than 15 months, far faster than the average of one per 18 months. Each brand had a unique supply chain to optimize success.

Led capacity and strategic planning. Supply Chain leader on business and initiative teams and contact for all international business.

• Initiated and led Coffee Vision 2005 effort resulting in a plan to save $50 million +/year on a $120 million investment through supply chain restructuring. Personally enrolled Senior Management in the vision through written recommendation and follow-up presentations. The plan consolidated and re-aligned coffee manufacturing facilities, and delivered a NPV exceeding $100 million.

• Led technical conversion and logistics planning for Folgers Coffee House Blends restage. Role required extensive communications with vendors and senior management and planning with multifunctional partners. Generated +500,000 case volume improvement and +$5 million AT profit.
